I hope Spring has been treating you as well as it has me! :) Ten of us completed a Spring Cleanse Retreat here in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains just over a week ago. We all learned and shared so much during our Ayurvedic Detox, complete with detox-focused yoga classes and practices. I got so many lovely messages from attendees and I, myself, am feeling brand-new and energized. <3
